ตรวจความเป็นไปได้Check feasibility
ข้อกฎหมาย ผังเมือง ทางเข้า ระบบอาคาร และข้อจำกัดของพื้นที่Regulations, zoning, access, building systems and site constraints.
เสนอขอบเขตงานPropose the scope
ระยะเวลา ค่าบริการ สิ่งที่จะส่งมอบ และผู้รับผิดชอบTimeline, fee, deliverables and who is responsible.
พัฒนาแบบDevelop the design
สถาปัตยกรรมและโครงสร้างทำงานสอดคล้องกัน ลดปัญหาหน้างานArchitecture and structure developed together to cut problems on site.
ขออนุญาตและควบคุมPermits & supervision
จัดเตรียมเอกสาร ประสานงาน และตรวจคุณภาพตามแบบDocuments prepared, work coordinated and quality checked against the drawings.
ตรวจรับและส่งมอบInspect & hand over
รายงานข้อบกพร่อง แบบแก้ไข และเอกสารสำหรับใช้งานระยะยาวDefect reports, revised drawings and records for long-term use.

งานตรวจสอบและอินสเปกInspection & Handover Checks
ตรวจคุณภาพ ความถูกต้องตามแบบ รายการวัสดุ และความเรียบร้อย พร้อมรายงานจุดแก้ไขก่อนรับมอบบ้านหรืออาคารWe check quality, conformity to the drawings, material schedules and workmanship, and report what must be fixed before you accept a house or building.

- ตรวจสอบสภาพอาคารและข้อบกพร่องBuilding Inspection & Defect Surveyตรวจสภาพอาคารและงานระบบ สำรวจและบันทึกรายการข้อบกพร่อง (Defect / Punch List) เทียบกับแบบ As-built และขอบเขตงาน ครอบคลุมสถาปัตยกรรม โครงสร้าง ไฟฟ้า ปรับอากาศ สุขาภิบาล และระบบป้องกันอัคคีภัย พร้อมภาพถ่าย ตำแหน่งข้อบกพร่อง และรายงานสรุปเพื่อติดตามการแก้ไขCondition and defect surveys of buildings and their services — punch lists checked against as-built drawings and the agreed scope, covering architecture, structure, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and fire protection, with photos, defect locations and a summary report to track rectification.
